Thirty days from delivery
You have a full month after the portrait arrives to tell us something is wrong. No rush, no quibbles.
Re-paint, reprint or refund
If you do not love it, you choose how we make it right: a fresh sitting, a new print, or your money back.
No post office visit
You do not need to post anything back. A photograph of the problem is enough for us to act on.
Transit damage is our errand
If the courier does the damage, we take it up with them. You simply send us a photograph and we reprint.

We keep your cat's real fur, markings and expression, then dress the likeness in a hand-finished Victorian coat, collar or medals.
3. Approve and order
Preview the watermarked portrait for free. If it meets with royal approval, choose your size, finish and frame colour, then we print, wrap and ship.

How to photograph your cat
The painting is only as noble as the sitting. A minute of care here makes an unmistakable difference to the likeness.
A worthy sitting
- Daylight — a window is the finest studio lamp there is.
- Face towards the camera, eyes open and in focus.
- Head and shoulders filling most of the frame.
- One cat per portrait, at their own eye level.
Best avoided
- Blurred or motion-smeared shots.
- Very dark rooms, harsh flash or heavy shadow across the face.
- Distant photographs where the face is only a few pixels wide.
- Costumes, filters or anything obscuring the fur and markings.
