Whether you have a question before commissioning a portrait, or need help with an order already in the print house, write to us. Include your order reference if you have one — it lets us attend to the matter with the promptness His Lordship demands.

Quoting your order reference (it begins with LW-) in your message helps us locate your commission at once. We typically reply within one business day, and can update you on production or shipping status without you needing to create an account.
